My classes draw on many areas of study and experience including traditional yoga, somatic healing, tantra, dance, breathwork, meditation & philosophy. With my strong yet compassionate guidance you will experience a balance of physical challenge as well as deep rest and relaxation, uniting body, mind & spirit leaving you feeling grounded and connected to yourself.

These practices are suitable and accessible for women (or anyone identifying as womxn) of all body types and fitness levels.
