Strong Meditative Flow | 8.9.22 | 45 Minutes
Focus: This practice provides you with the real opportunity to turn inwards, moving with your breath and deeply opening and strengthening the body to create a centred meditative state. There is less talking and more spaciousness. We begin with Alternate Nostril Breathing followed by a short warm up, Surya Namaskar, standing flow with strong twists, finishing with an optional shoulder stand, short savasana and meditation.
