Slow Down ~ Yin + Restorative Yoga | 12.2.22 | 47 Minutes
Focus: A practice to soothe the nervous system and quiet the busy mind. Disconnecting from the ‘doing’ to reconnect mind and body, remembering the ‘enoughness’ of just being. Beginning with fluid tension releasing free movement we then work into yin shapes to open the heart and shoulders followed by yin & restorative shapes to release the hips.
