Psoas Release ~ Yin Yoga | 19.3.22 | 45 Minutes

Focus: The psoas and surrounding hip flexor muscles are notoriously tight due to a variety of factors including lifestyle (sitting) and stress, causing pelvic / sacral pain, lower back troubles and weak glutes. In this yin practice (with a few active postures) we work to release tension and lengthen the front of the hips as well as create strength in the glutes. An amazing practice to release physical and emotional tension.
