Focus: A practice to balance out the energy of Autumn which is governed by the air element. Autumn and excess air element (Vata dosha) can amplify anxiousness, fear, worry, constipation and dry skin to name a few common symptoms. So this practice aims to strengthen our connection to the opposing element ~ Earth, by working with the feet, legs, hips and pelvis. Step away feeling grounded, rooted, spacious in the mind and connected to the body.
