New Intentions ~ Yoga, Meditation + Journalling Practice | 2.4.22 | 60 Minutes
Focus: This practice is a portion of one of our New Moon Immersion Workshops. To avoid sharing any attendees personal details there is a slightly abrupt beginning and ending to the video although it is a fantastic practice to do anytime you are wishing to reflect on where you are at in life and set fresh intentions. Beginning with a breathing practice, followed by a yoga flow to reclaim power and a reflective meditation including time for journalling. Perhaps light a candle or pick a flower from your garden to create a sacred space.
