Meditative Mantra Flow | 10.3.22 | 45 Minutes
Focus: A Hatha / Vinyasa class which uses the internal mantra ‘Hum Sah’ to help focus the mind and cultivate a meditative presence. Flowing through simple twists, surya namaskar and standing postures including warrior and tree pose all while focusing the mind towards the mantra and the breath. Finishing with a short meditation to remember love and gratitude.
