Loving Kindness | Feminine Flow Yoga | 28.5.22 | 45 Minutes
Focus: A relatively gentle practice which focuses on the heart space and the cultivation of kindness & compassion towards oneself and others. Beginning with a little mythology story we then flow into seated pranayama, lunar salutations, deep stretches for the shoulders, chest and upper back and finish with a guided loving kindness meditation in Savasana.
