Inner Fire ~ Vinyasa Flow | 21.7.22 | 45 Minutes
Focus: A practice to build the ‘inner fire’ or AGNI as it is referred to in yoga. Working to stimulate the abdominal area to enhance metabolic fire, creating inner warmth and building our capacity to not only digest our food well but to digest the experiences of our lives. Working with many twists and dynamic forward folds as well as intentional pranayama to support this process.
