Focus: Special guest teacher Tim (my husband!) takes us through a ground based breathing and mobility practice. Tim is an incredible movement, strength and health coach as well as a yoga and meditation teacher. This practice is all about restoring positive breathing patterns to assist optimum functioning of the nervous system as well as a ground based mobility practice to support the bodies natural movement and therefore health.
