Focus: A practice to strengthen Apana Vayu and the earth element. Apana Vayu is the downward flow of energy in the body responsible for healthy menstruation and elimination physically, our capacity to let go emotionally and a feeling of being grounded mentally. You will be guided through a combination of fluid movement, yin postures and subtle breath and energetic practices to strengthen all of these principles in the body / mind system.
