Take this time to tune into the ebbs and flows, following the lead of your bodies and breath, trusting your intuition to guide you to where you need to be. When we are balanced we are more in tune with our emotions and able to respond to challenges. Allow yourself to reflect, connect with the breath and realign with the present.
Sophie is a Perth yoga teacher and Psychologist. She aims to provide individuals with a practice that draws from a particular learning, reflection or inspiration and brings them back into their bodies. She offers a weeknight Wednesday night flow in North Fremantle from 6-7pm.
