Focus: A gentle practice to cultivate deep surrender - one of the main teachings of Kali. We explore some slow fluid movement as well as longer yin + restorative holds to create the feeling of deep letting go. We then finish with a powerful Kali meditation to help release the qualities within that are holding us back from inner freedom.
