Continuous Flow Vinyasa | 2.12.21 | 45 Minutes

An all round simple yet dynamic flow which syncs movement and breath. A practice which aims to get you in ‘the zone’. Breath and body flowing and uniting as one to create peace and deep engagement with the present moment. We finish with alternate nostril breathing and a short meditation.
