Ground & Energise | Gentle Movement + Meditation | 9.5.22 | 30 Minutes

Focus: We begin with some gentle somatic / qi gong movements to ground into the body and circulate energy. Our meditation then takes us through a body scan of the hips and legs to more deeply ground, followed by an enlivening pranayama and finishing by connecting to the heart space.
