Connect to the Breath ~ Joint Mobility + Meditation | 3.10.22 | 30 Minutes

Focus: Working from the feet through to the neck we open and release the joints of the body. We then sink deeply into meditating on the breath, beginning with Nadi Shodana Pranayama (alternate nostril breathing), then exploring the movement of the breath in different areas of the body to create deep connection to self and the present moment.
