Pranayama & Meditation for Peace & Letting Go | 15.11.21 | 30 Minutes

We begin with simple joint mobility, followed by Nadi Shodana Pranayama (alternate nostril breathing) to create a sense of peace and centre. We then work with a Tantric letting go meditation and finish resting in the heart space.
